With large local stocks of wood-derived products from Europe and various other origins including plain MDF in regular, fire-retardant and moisture-retardant qualities, chipboard, OSB, melamine-faced, printed, Superpan and compact laminate. Available in multiple grades: E1, CARB2 and NAF, in standard 4' x 8' and also in large and door sizes. Complemented by a range of natural wood veneers and wrapping veneers with a variety of lippings in natural wood, PVC and others.

What we Do
Our main strength lies in our flexibility to adapt to our customers' requirements and provide them with suitable solutions, helping them to complete their projects in timely and cost-effective manner. As manufacturers, we pride ourselves in producing an extensive range of ceiling tiles, access panels and formed/folded gypsum panels. Our manufacturing facility ABS in DIP is located over a 300,000ft2 plot housing the factory and warehouses.

With the support of our sister company ATE International, we are able to handle the demanding requirements of region's largest projects in a timely and cost effective manner. Since 1989, ATE has worked tirelessly to secure key distribution partners in the building industry covering a vast range of interior architectural products in ceilings, partitions and acoustic solutions along with their accessories and tools.

Engineered wood
Engineered wood, also called composite wood, man-made wood, or manufactured board; includes a range of derivative wood products which are manufactured by binding or fixing the strands, particles, fibers, or veneers or boards of wood, together with adhesives, or other methods of fixation to form composite materials. These products are engineered to precise design specifications which are tested to meet national or international standards. Engineered wood products are used in a variety of applications, from home construction to commercial buildings to industrial products.
MDF
Medium-density fibreboard (MDF) is an engineered wood product made by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fibres, often in a defibrator, combining it with wax and a resin binder, and forming panels by applying high temperature and pressure. MDF is generally denser than plywood and particle board.
Particle Board
Also known as chipboard, is an engineered wood product manufactured from wood chips, sawmill shavings, and a synthetic resin or other suitable binder, which is pressed and extruded. Oriented strand board (OSB) is similar but uses machined wood flakes offering more strength.
Comtact Laminate
Essentially, compact laminate is very thick high pressure laminate (HPL) up to and exceeding ½ inch. Extra layers of phenolic resin-saturated kraft paper in the core gives it its thickness and strength. Compact laminate is self-supporting and very strong, and has long been used in lab tabletops, lockers and bathroom cubicles.

Access Panels
ABS specialises in manufacturing access panels to provide openings in joint-less gypsum board suspended ceilings for access to building services. Our panels can be produced from either plasterboard or fibre cement and calcium silicate boards with, but not limited to, the following options:

2. Available with key lock
3. Removable door
4. Safety chain
5. Brush sealed to illuminate dust penetration
6. Intumescent seal option
7. Compatible with ceramic tile, marble or paint finish
8. Choice of board types and thicknesses in standard and bespoke sizes.
